In-house Rules
Please sit in the waiting area. Do not sit in styling chairs, shampoo chairs, or dryer chairs unless you are being serviced. Please clean all spills and food.
Cancellation of Appointment
To be respectful of our other clients, and the staff please be courteous and call promptly if you are unable to arrive on time for your appointment, or unable to keep the appointment. The time can then be reallocated to a client who wants it. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment or reschedule a future date, we require at least 12 hours’ notice in advance.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Appointment
If you would like to reschedule an appointment, be sure to canceled within 12 hours or expect to pay an inconvenience fee.
Late Cancellations
Any appointment in which you arrive more than 15 minutes late for, without calling ahead is considered late and will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee. If you are 30+ minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a same day cancellation and you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
Children and Additional Guests
​We know that you love to have your children and guest sometimes accompanying you; however with space being limited, we asked that you do not bring extra loved ones that are not being serviced. With the limited seating we like to keep space available for those having services rendered.
