Cancellation of an Appointment To be respectful of our other clients, and the staff please be courteous and call promptly if you are unable to arrive on time for your appointment, or unable to keep the appointment. The time can then be reallocated to a client who wants it. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment or reschedule a future date, we require at least 12 hours notice in advance.
How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Appointment If you would like to reschedule an appointment, be sure you canceled within 12 hours or you will be expected to pay an inconvenience fee
Late Cancellations Any appointment in which you arrive more than 20 minutes late for, without calling ahead is considered late and will be charged an inconvenience fee
We take cash, credit cards, and cash app. If you wish to use a credit card or cash app there is a $3 fee for services under $100, and a $5 fee for services greater than $100
We know that you love to have your children and guest sometimes accompanying you; however with space being limited, we asked that you do not bring extra loved ones that are not being serviced. With the limited seating we like to keep space available for those having services rendered.
For your child’s safety, please supervise your child while in the salon.
